DJ Treats Says: Wanna sell some records? I know a few rappers and singers who'd like to have a plaque like Gorillaz’s that reads, "Over 15 million records sold worldwide." It's an insane number, which takes an equally insane amount of brain matter to dream up. A fictional pop band like no other, Gorillaz records some of the greatest genre-bending music of all time.

Blur's frontman, Damon Albarn, and visual guru Jamie Hewlett—who created the Tank Girl comic book—are the men behind the awesome foursome of Murdoc, 2D, Russel, and Noodle. While all the characters are unique in their own right, down to each instrument they play, Noodle has always been the most charismatic member of the group. Noodle started out cute and playful, yet dangerous—and not in a Jessica Rabbit kind of way. She stepped up her game bigtimefrom the wearing a silly helmet and graphic pajama pants combo to toting a machete and uber-cool, all-black, rockstar-esque clothes. This week marks Noodle's coming of age after peeping the cover for "Stylo," the new single from the third Gorillaz opus, Plastic Beach.

Check through the gallery graph below for a brief evolution of Noodle's style from all the Gorillaz single and album covers.
